Refund policy

Ask for a refund within 7 days of any payment and you get all of it back, no questions asked. For a new subscription, this is once per iPhone or iPad: if a new subscription for that device has already been refunded, whoever paid for it, a later new subscription for it is refunded only as our Terms describe (for example, if Mirivilo doesn't work as described) or where the law where you live gives you a longer right to cancel. Renewals can always be refunded within 7 days. If two subscriptions are ever paid for the same iPhone or iPad, we refund the extra one in full without your asking, and that refund doesn't count as the device's refund. All of this is on top of any right to cancel the law gives you.

What it covers

Every payment: the first payment for a subscription and every yearly renewal. The 7 days start on the day of that payment.

How to ask

• Write to support [at] mirivilo.com from the email address you subscribed with, and we refund you through Link.
• Or ask Link's support at link.com. Link passes your request to us, and we apply this policy.

Link, which sells Mirivilo for us, refunds the money, including any tax you paid, to the payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

The subscription that payment was for ends when the refund is made, and you won't be charged again for it. Its device's backups stop, and restoring needs an active subscription; you can still read and export every backup. A device that subscription covered doesn't get a free trial afterwards. A Mac that's offline learns this the next time it checks.

The free trial

The 7-day free trial of each iPhone or iPad needs no card, so nothing is ever charged during it.

After 7 days

After 7 days we don't refund part of a year, except as described in our Terms (for example if Mirivilo doesn't work as described, if we change it for the worse, or if we stop offering it), or where the law where you live gives you a longer right to cancel. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal, and your subscriptions keep working until the end of the year you paid for. Link may also refund a payment under its own policy, within 60 days of the payment. Your legal rights, such as for faulty digital content, are not affected.
